Rent To Buy a Cabin

The ‘Rent to Buy’ option is equivalent to a hire purchase for a vehicle. We work with two finance companies who can assist with loan terms of up to seven years.

As a rough guide the monthly repayment amount for a loan on a Norfolk cabin will be approximately $1,500.

Step 1 - Check your credentials

Please first check the list of credentials below apply to you.

• You are 18 years or older.
  
• You are a New Zealand citizen.
  
• You have regular income of $65,000 or more.
  
• You have a valid driver's license.
  
• You have a minimum deposit of $10,000.
  
• You are able to provide bank account statements and details of your living status when applying for finance.
  

Step 2 - Choose your cabin

Browse our website to find a cabin to suit your needs. Please contact a Cabins To Go representative to discuss any cabin details and to check the suitability of your chosen site.

Step 3 - Apply for finance

Apply for finance from one or both of the companies below by clicking the links.

• Fill out the HomeNow Finance application form.
  
• Fill out the Better Finance application form. Click the 'Apply Now' button and then choose the 'Vehicle Loan' option.
  

Step 4 - Order your cabin

Contact us to order and confirm the delivery date of your new cabin :)
